Earth day is being celebrated all over the world Wednesday . Prime Minister Narendra Modi has said that the day is the perfect occasion to reaffirm the commitment to keep the Planet clean, green and focus on sustainable development.

In a tweet, Modi said, caring for the environment is an integral part of the Indian ethos. He said, India can truly show the way to the world in mitigating climate change.
