IMD Forecasts Rains, Thurndershowers Over Nepal During Next 24 Hours

Nepal, which is reeling under earthquake, is likely to experience wide spread rains and thunder showers which may trigger landslides.
Weather Forecasting Centre of Indian Meteorological Department has predicted fairly widespread rain and thunder shower activity over Nepal during next the 24 hours.
The Ministry of Earth Science said in a release that the activity is most likely to become widespread on April 27 and 28 with the possibility of isolated heavy thunder storm activity, particularly over eastern part of Nepal.
According to the release, the sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim would also experience fairly widespread to widespread rain, thunder shower during the next three days with possibility of isolated heavy thunderstorm.
