Saradha Chit fund Scam: TMC MP Srinjoy Bose gets conditional bail as CBI fails to frame charge sheet

The Alipur court Wednesday released Trinamool Congress Mp, Srinjoy Bose on conditional bail in Saradha Chit fund scam.
The court released Bose as the CBI failed to frame charge sheet against him within the stipulated period.
The court directed him not to leave the country and asked Bose to deposit his Pass Port to the concerned authority .
Bose was arrested by the CBI in Saradha Reality case on 28th of November ,2014.
Meanwhile , CBI searched the office of Saradha Company in Puri in connection with the Chit Fund scam in Odisha.
The company allegedly duped thousands of depositors to the tune of Rs.10 crore in Puri district.
