Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi has moved Supreme Court seeking an urgent stay on a defamation notice issued against him by a Haryana lower court over his comments regarding Reshtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi during an election speech last year.
In his defence, the Congress leader said, he did not attack the RSS per se, but the divisive politics of the outfit.
