Illicit Relation Case : DCW Seeks Center’s Intervention On Kumar Vishwas Not Responding To Summons

Delhi Commission for Women chairperson Barkha Shukla Singh has written a letter to Home Minister, Lieutenant Governor and Police Commissioner over Aam Aadmi Party leader Kumar Vishwas not responding to the summons of the commission.

Talking to reporters in New Delhi Thursday , Ms Singh said, the commission had issued summons to Mr Vishwas twice in connection with the controversy surrounding him after a woman party volunteer accused him of not rebutting rumours about an illicit relation with her, but Vishwas did not appear. Ms Singh said that she has sought Centre’s intervention in the matter.
