High voltage campaigning for Delhi polls ends, voting on Feb 7

High voltage campaigning for 70-member Assembly polls ended at 5 PM Thursday .Voting will take place on February 7 and counting on 10th next.
However, the campaigning witnessed mudslinging, personal attacks and controversies.
In the last leg of campaigning, leaders from all political parties are leaving no stone unturned to woo the voters. BJP, Congress and Aam Aadmi Party conducted public meetings and road shows in the constituencies, making a last-ditch efforts to bring the voters in their fold.

The BJP also roped in its senior leaders and Union ministers held at least one public meeting in each of the 70 constituencies in the last day. BJP president Amit Shah addressrf a roadshow in Madanpur Khadar in South Delhi.

Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi addressed a roadshow in Sultanpur Majra and AAP convener Arvind Kejriwal held a roadshow in New Delhi Assembly constituency.
Meanwhile , just a day left for voting , pre-poll surveys suggest a tight fight between the BJP and the AAP . While some surveys are predicting a BJP government in the national capital, others give majority to Kejriwal led AAP.
