Manoj Mishra appointed full time CMD of Cement Corporation of India

Manoj Misra, Director (HR) and Marketing In charge, who was assigned with additional charge of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), of Cement Corporation of India Ltd. (CCI), has now been appointed as the full time CMD of the Company w.e.f 1st October, 2014.
Before joining CCI, he served in NALCO and brought three decades of cross-functional experience in the field of HR with a blend of corporate and plant level experience of NALCO to CCI.
Under his dynamic leadership, he played a key role in formulation of human resource management and development policy, strategies and their implementation.
Misra believes in the power of leveraging of human potential through systematic and structured approach.
His contributions has been significant in strategic human resource, management and development, creative practices in industrial relations, productive approach and revamping marketing strategy with an ultimate objective to increase production and productivity of the Company.
