A doctor in Odisha tested Swine Flu positive

One more Swine Flu case reported in Odisha with a doctor tested positive for H1N1 .
Director of Public Health , Odisha , Kailash Das confirmed that samples of the doctor tested at Bhubaneswar Regional Medical Research Center found positive . However , he said that the condition of the doctor was stable.
The doctor had flown to Mumbai few days back and his health deteriorated after returning from there, Dr.Das said.
With the report of a fresh case, the total number of Swine Flu case patients in Odisha reached five.
Swine flu claimed its first victim of the year Monday in Odisha a 42-year old man at the SCB Medical College and Hospital, Cuttack.
Meanwhile, Swine flu has claimed over 193 lives in the country in January this year alone with Rajasthan reporting the highest number of deaths followed by Telangana and Delhi.The total number of cases of swine flu coming to light across India in January stood at 2,038 so far.
