Bangladesh send England Packing From ICC World Cup -2015, Seals Berth In QF

Bangladesh posted 15 run win over England in the all Important Pool A game in the World Cup 2015 at Adelaide Monday.

Chasing the taraget of 276 runs set by Bangladesh, England were all out in 48.3 overs . England could scored only 260

With the Win Bangladesh entered the Quarter Final of Cricket World Cup -2015 knocking out England.
Mahmudullah was adjudged Player of the Match.

For Bangladesh Rubel Hossain bagged four wickets off 9.3 overs giving 53 runs, while Taskin Ahmed and Mashrafe Mortaza took two wickets each.

England which lost two wickets struggled against the Bangladesh Bowlers and failed to gain momentum in their innings. Job Bottler (WK) 65 and Ian Bell 63 were to successful batsmen for England while Chris Woaks scored 42 not out. The two batsmen -Moeen Ali (19) and Chris Jordan (0) were run out putting England to a position of no return. Fall of  J.Roots wicket was the turning point of the match.

In the vital Pool A encounter Bangladesh posts a reasonable total of 275 for 7 in 50 overs against England .

Batting first, Bangladesh had a dodgy start as England’s James Anderson removed both the opening batsman at the score of 8. As game proceeded Mahmhudullah got involved in two big batting partnerships that stabled the innings.

Mahmudullah also became the first batsman to score a century for Bangladesh in a World Cup match. He scored 103 before being run out. For England, James Anderson and Chris Jordan took two wickets each.
