Indian Bowlers put halt to runs after Ireland were off to a strong start in a Pool B encounter in ICC World Cup being played at Hamilton Tuesday . Ireland lost 7 quick wickets in between 35 and 49 overs.

Ireland were 171 for 3 in 35 overs . The last man out was Alex Cusack scoring 11 runs off 13 Balls
John Mooney was not out with 12 runs.For India Shami bagged three and Aswini got two wickets .

Earlier, in the morning Ireland had won the toss and elected to bat first.

Niall O’Brien was the top scorer with 75 runs off 75 balls while Captain William Porterfield had scored 67 off 93 balls. Opener Paul Stirling who made 42 off 41 balls fell to Spinner R Aswin. Andres Balbrinie scrored 24 off 24 balls .

So far, India is unbeaten in this edition and are already into quarter finals.
