BCCI congratulates Indian women’s team for T20 Asia Cup triumph

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) applauded the Indian women’s team for clinching the T20 Asia Cup title for six times in a row.
BCCI President Anurag Thakur tweeted,” What a fantastic achievement by Indian Women’s Team, beating Pakistan in the finals of Women’s Asia Cup. Many congrats. @BCCI.”
The Indian women’s team defeated Pakistan by 17 runs earlier today in the summit clash. India posted 121 runs on board riding on Mithali Raj’s unbeaten 73 runs. Pakistan failed to stand in front of India’s bowling as they were restricted to 104 for six wickets in 20 overs.
