BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi demands sacking of Tej Pratap

BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi Tuesday demanded Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to sack Environment and Forest Minister Tej Pratap Yadav for his alleged involvement in the “soil purchase scam” of worth Rs 90 lakh.
Talking to mediapersons at his residence in Patna, Modi, charged Lalu Prasad’s minister-son Tej Pratap Yadav of giving contract of Rs 90 lakh for earth filling work in Sanjay Gandhi Biological Park located in the state capital.
Sushil Modi said the Biological Park comes under department of Tej Pratap Yadav who awarded contract to a company without following the tender process for construction of a pathway and beautification work in the park.
Rubbishing allegations levelled against him and his family members, Lalu Prasad said he is ready for any kind of probe. Meanwhile Chief minister Nitish Kumar refused to comment on this issue.
