BJP MP Adityanath Stokes Fresh Controversy , says “Ghaw Vapsi” programme to continue

BJP MP Yogi Adityanath has stoked a fresh controversy saying Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s ‘Ghar Vapasi’ programme will continue unless conversions are banned.

Addressing a meet organised by Vishwa Hindu Parishad, he claimed that India’s problem is vote bank politics.

Gorakhpur MP said, conversions spoil communal amity in the country and it should be banned. The VHP has come under criticism for its programme to reconvert people who it claims had changed their religion from Hinduism.
