Center Releases Fuds To Andhra Pradesh,Telangana As Part of 13th FC Recommendation

The Centre has released an amount of around 385 crore rupees to Andhra Pradesh and 150 crore rupees to Telangana as part of recommendations of the 13th Finance Commission.

Ministry of Finance in a statement said, out of the total fund released for Andhra Pradesh, over 298 crore rupees were given to Panchayati Raj Institutions and Urban Local Bodies and about 50 crore rupees for other projects in the state.

For Telangana, out of the total fund, over 76 crore rupees have been granted for Panchayati Raj Institutions and urban local bodies.
