Centre accepts proposal to set up Aerospace University

The Centre has accepted a proposal to set up an Aerospace University in the country. A high-powered Expert Group headed by former Cabinet Secretary B.K. Chaturvedi has made the recommendation.

The detailed project report on setting up the proposed Aerospace University has been approved. Minister of State for Defence Subhash Bhamre said this in reply to a question in the Lok Sabha on Friday.
