Demonetisation: Cong leader dies of cardiac arrest during protest in Gwalior

A 50-year-old Congress leader died, following cardiac arrest while he was demonstrating against demonetisation Monday.

Darshan Singh was feeling uneasy during the demonstration. He also talked to media about the burning issue. Singh was rushed to the hospital but doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.

A pall of gloom descended after the leader’s sudden death.
