Flipkart Launches Its Shopping App

Online marketplace Flipkart, today said it has launched its shopping app for Windows 10 for its consumers all across its platforms including mobiles, tablets and desktops.

It offers consumers a seamless app experience across all form factors. The new universal app is a reflection of the company’s focus to redefine online shopping, statement from the company said.

The new universal app will offer a more personalised app interface with features such as customised shopping recommendations, merchandising and notifications, and interactive guided search.

It has been developed specially for hybrid devices (touch and non-touch) and optimised for use of different inputs such as touch, keyboard, trackpad and mouse, the company added.
