The women’s wing of Delhi BJP Tuesday protested against Aam Aadmi Party leader Kumar Vishwas and Delhi chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. BJP workers protested outside house of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and raised slogans against the leaders.

They demanded that the Chief Minister should make his stand clear on Kumar Vishwas being summoned by the Delhi Commission for Women on the complaint of an AAP woman volunteer, who wants him to publicly deny rumours that he had an affair with her.

Meanwhile, Kumar Vishwas has denied receiving a notice from from Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) and is not going to appear before them Tuesday.

Monday a party volunteer accused senior leader Kumar Vishwas of not rebutting rumours about an illicit liason with her and ruining her reputation following which, the Delhi Commission for Women summoned Vishwas and his wife, asking them to appear before it today after the volunteer approached it seeking its intervention in forcing the AAP leader to dispel the allegations.

Speaking to media at the protest venue, Delhi BJP Chief Satish Upadhyay said, Kumar Vishwas must respect the media and it is not right to impose such allegations on media.

Kumar’s alleged refusal to appear before the DCW came even as its chairperson Barkha Shukla Singh said that the Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party’s charisma is gradually diminishing in the eyes of the general public. She said, all such parties that start with a revolution end like this and so will AAP.

She said, so much of arrogance is not good as Vishwas has got the summons and they had sent it six days back and he should come and clear the issue. Ms Singh said, the lady first went to these people, but got no justice and then she came to them and it is her duty to help her and they will extend all support to her.
