India Participates In Egypt Economic Development Conference

At least 89 countries, including India, will participate in the Egypt Economic Development Conference which will begin Friday at the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh.
Presidents from about 25 countries will attend the three-day conference. Indian delegation is headed by India’s Ambassador to Egypt Navdeep Suri. The delegation will comprise 43 representatives from 25 companies in addition to a contingent from the Confederation of Indian Industry.
Organisers said, Egypt plans to promote at least 60 projects at the economic gathering, with the aim of getting fresh investments to boost its limping economy.
