Infosys to collaborate with Microsoft

Infosys, a global leader in consulting,technology and next-generation services, will collaborate withMicrosoft Corp., a global leader in platform and productivityofferings, to deploy advanced analytics solutions to supporthealthcare organizations in their digital transformation.

Infosys has developed healthcare analytics solutions to augmentthe current processes and make them more efficient using MicrosoftCortana Analytics Suite, according to a release here Tuesday.

“This relationship will provide managed care organizations withthe tools to improve clinical and operational effectiveness at areasonable cost. It will also provide health-care call centers withcontextualized customer support and self-service options to bothconsumers and healthcare workers,” said Manish Tandon, ExecutiveVice President, Global Head, Healthcare, Insurance and Life Sciences.
“Cortana Analytics is a fully managed Big Data and advancedanalytics suite that enables customers to transform data intointelligent action,” said Joseph Sirosh, corporate vice president ofthe Data Group, Microsoft.
