Intl Filmmaker Pan Nalin Makes Bollywood Debut

Internationally acclaimed filmmaker Pan Nalin will make his debut in mainstream Bollywood with ‘Angry Indian Goddesses’, which hits screens in India on December 4.

Billed as India’s first all female buddy film, ‘Angry Indian Goddesses’ features Sandhya Mridul, Sarah Jane Dias, Anushka Manchanda, Tannishtha Chatterjee and Adil Hussain in key roles. Even before its release, the film has received acclaim internationally.

It was screened at the special presentation section at the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival where it finished second in the voting for people’s choice awards.

The film marks Pan Nalin’s debut in mainstream Indian cinema. It was released worldwide on November 27 to highly positive reviews. The film has received acclaim from the film industry with Bollywood actors and filmmakers coming out in praise for the film.
