ISIS Hacks Haryana SCERT Website

In Haryana, the website of State Council Educational Research and Training (SCERT) was hacked by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, ISIS, Sunday . Gurgaon Police has registered a case and investigation is on.

Confirming the hacking of the site by ISIS, Director of the SCERT, Sneh Lata told AIR that the matter came into their notice when some officers of the Council opened the site in the afternoon for some office work. She said that till 6.30 pm last evening, the site was opening and showing the sign of ISIS.

The Director said that now the site is being repaired by the IT experts of the department. She said that the case is being probed by the Gurgaon police and the motive behind the hacking is yet to be ascertained.
