Issue Of Intolerance Has Taken A Political Shape: Governor

West Bengal Governor Kesari Nath Tripathi Friday denied to comment on the controversial intolerance debate.

Asked to share his view on the matter, Tripathi said the issue of intolerance has taken a political shape. He refused to make more comment on the matter.

Tripathis comment came in the wake of nationwide intolerance debate and state political leaders open allegation against each other on the issue.

While CPI(M) state secretary and the Leader of the Opposition Suryakanto Mishra called Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee intolerant administrator, Trinamool Secretary General Partha Chatterjee said Left Front practiced intolerance politics for 34 years.
