J K.Mohapatra new Union Secretary , RD and R Jamuda Secy Food Processing Industries

Two Odisha Cadre IAS Officers have been given Charge of Secretaries in Union Government. The Appointment Committee of the Union Cabinet has approved their new assignments.

Rangalal Jamuda at present Secretary , Department of Agriculture and Cooperation , Ministry of Agriculture has been appointed as Secretary , Ministry of Food Processing Industries vice Siraj Hussain on his relinquishing the charge of the post.

Jugal Kishore Mohapatra , Secretary Department of Fertilisers , Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers has been posted as Secretary , Department of Rural Development , Ministry of Rural Development in the vacancy of LC Goyal.

According to the notification, Mohapatra would remain as Secretary, Department of Fertilisers in addition to his new post for a period of three months.
