Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Disproportionate Asset Case : ED Attaches Assets Worth Over Rs.216 Cr.

Enforcement Directorate Friday attached assets worth over 216 crore rupees of an Andhra Pradesh-based Ramky Pharma City India Limited in connection with its money laundering probe into alleged disproportionate assets of YSR Congress leader Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The company has been accused by CBI and Enforcement Directorate of getting un- due benefit of 914 acres of land in Jawaharlal Nehru Pharma City, Vishakhapatnam, by reducing green belt area from 250 metres to 50 metres.
It is allegedly that kickbacks worth 10 crore rupees paid in share capital of Ms Jagati Publications Pvt Limited, a media firm owned by Jagan.
