Kohli, Stafanie Taylor to lead ICC World T20 teams

Star batsman Virat Kohli has been named the skipper of the ICC World Twenty20 team while West Indian captain Stafanie Taylor will lead the eves side, the International Cricket Council (ICC) Monday announced.

The men’s team comprises of two Indians in Kohli and veteran pacer Ashish Nehra while none of the Indian women cricketers made it to the team led by Taylor.

Apart from the two Indians, the men’s team, including 12th man, contained four players from England, two from the West Indies, and one each from Australia, Bangladesh, New Zealand and South Africa, while the women’s team comprised four players from New Zealand, two players each from Australia, England and the West Indies, and one player each from Pakistan and South Africa.
