Legendary Actor Shashi Kapoor To Get Prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke Award -2014

Dada Saheb Phalke Award for the year 2014 will be given to Legendary actor Shashi Kapoor.

The announcement was made Monday by Information and Broadcasting Ministry.

Kapoor’s cinematic journey as a lead actor started in 1961 with the movie Dharmputra and acted in more than 100 Hindi films.

In 2011, Shashi Kapoor was honoured with Padma Bhushan. He is also a recipient of 3 National Film Awards.
