Madras HC Orders TN Govt. To Shut Down All Unrecognised Schools

Madras High Court has ordered notice to Tamil Nadu Government to ensure that all unrecognised schools in the state are shut down by the end of this academic year.

The court order came on a petition seeking transfer of students of unrecognised schools to other schools, which are run by the government or government aided, or unaided recognised schools in the neighbourhood.
