Manji Govt. reserves 30 per cent for women in non-Gazetted posts

Bihar cabinet has decided to give 35 per cent reservation to women in non-gazetted government jobs.

The Cabinet presided by Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi also decided to hike MLA development fund from the existing 2 crore rupees in a year to 3 crore rupees from the next financial year.

Special Secretary of Cabinet Coordination Department Vijay Kumar Dwivedi told reporters that the Manjhi government also approved a proposal to pay 13 months salary in place of 12 months to policemen up to inspector rank.
