Merger Of Janata Parivar Before Bihar Assembly Election : RJD Chief Lalu Yadav

RJD chief Lalu Prasad has said that the merger of the six constituents of old Janata Parivar including RJD and JD-U will take some time but will happen before the Assembly elections in Bihar this year.

Prasad’s assertion that the amalgamation of the regional outfit would take some time is somewhat contradictory to the JD-U’s claim that the merger process will be completed within a week.

RJD Chief, who has remained silent on the merger process in the last one month, maintained that agenda of the merger will be discussed at the party’s national executive meeting on April 5 in Patna.
