NHRC team records statements of injured cops, Disha’s family members

Hyderabad,  December  08 :

In Telangana, the National Human Rights Commission, NHRC, team today recorded statements of the injured police personnel and Disha’s family members who met the commission in connection with the encounter of four accused in the veterinary doctor’s rape and murder case.

After reaching Hyderabad, the NHRC team visited the hospital where the injured police personnel are receiving treatment and recorded their statement. A special police team also took family members of Disha to the state police academy so that the NHRC team can record their statement in the encounter case.

The NHRC team has been conducting an enquiry into the encounter for the past two days. The NHRC team examined the bodies of the four accused in Mahabubnagar government hospital and also visited Chatanpally where the encounter took place two days ago.
