Nine Year Maharashtra Girl Can Read anything with Blind Fold

A nine-year-old girl from Malwani in the western sububrb of Malad has become famous as she can read anything, including books and mobile phones, with a blindfold on her eyes.

The girl, Fatima Alam of Azmi Nagar locality in Malwani,has been given a new name ‘Wonder Girl’ by the local residents after they came to know about her prowess. Alam can read anything from any books without seeing anything and just smelling the pages and phones.

According to her father Alam Pathan, ‘Fatima was inspired by a programme shown on a national news channel about two months back, in which the minor girls gave answers by putting a strap on their eyes.

She tried like those girls for two days and then told us about her prowess, but initially, we did not believe her. We thought she is reading everything because she can see anything from a strap, but we were proved wrong.’

“Now she can read from our Holy books without seeing anything and can even play video games on mobile phones. I think it is a God’s gift for her,” her father added
