No change in policy towards Tibet Autonomous Region of China: India
14 April, New Delhi
India Friday clarified that there is no change in its policy towards the Tibet Autonomous Region of China.
External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Gopal Baglay said this in response to a question on whether the visit of the Dalai Lama to Arunachal Pradesh signal a change in Indian policy on Tibet or on the boundary negotiation.
Baglay also said, similarly India’s approach to seeking a fair, reasonable and mutually acceptable solution to the boundary question remains unchanged.
