Patna H C allows Manjhi Govt. to take major policy decisions but defer implementation

The Patna High Court Wednesday lifted the ban on the Jitan Ram Manjhi Government from taking major policy decisions. However lifting of riders comes with riders.

A Division Bench headed by Chief Justice L N Reddy passed order after reviewing petition filed by the Manjhi Government.

The Court said that the Manjhi Government is free to take all major policy decisions but their implementation would be effective after vote of confidence.

Earlier, the court had restrained the Jitan Ram Manjhi Government from taking any decision having financial implication.
