PM Modi Donates One Month’s Salary To PMNRF For Assistance to Quake Victims

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has donated one month’s salary to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund, PMNRF for assistance to those affected in the massive earthquake that hit Nepal and northern India.
The official twitter account of the Prime Minister’s Office shared the information.
“PM has donated one month’s salary to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund, for assistance to those affected by the recent earthquake,” it posted.
Saturday’s earthquake, which measured 7.9 on the Richter scale, resulted in the deaths of over 3,200 people in Nepal, while 59 people were killed in India.
The calamity, one of the worst in over 80 years, was followed by 55 aftershocks.
