PM Terms Budget Progressive, Positive, Practical , Prudent , Investment Friendly

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has hailed the Union Budget as progressive, positive, practical and prudent.

Stating that it is a Budget with a clear vision, the Prime Minister ,in a series of tweets, said the Budget is investment friendly and removes all doubts on tax issues.

He said it assures investors that India have a stable, predictable and fair tax system. Modi said details of the Black Money law being introduced demonstrates the government’s firm commitment to bring back every rupee of black money stashed abroad.

The Prime Minister said the success of Jan Dhan Yojana is gladdening. Building on that, key schemes have been announced that will comprehensively transform lives of the poor.

He added that the budget indicates government’s commitment to ensure that development of Eastern and Northeastern parts of India get an impetus and drives future growth.
