PM to review economic situation tomorrow with experts

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a meeting with the economists of NITI Ayog tomorrow to discuss and review the present economic situation including the cash crunch situation in various part of the country.

According to official sources, the meeting is a forward looking exercise where all possible issues may get discussed in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

During the meeting Prime Minister will take stock of the economy with experts and will try to find out the solutions for the problems in the economy, especially in the backdrop of currency crunch after announcement of demonetisation on November 8, 2016.

It is believed that in the meeting the focus will be on the issues of problems being faced by the common people due to non availability of cash at banks and ATMs which is making the situation worse even after 45 days of the demonetization.

Prime Minister had announced that the problem will be only for 50 days and people should bear it in the best interest of country. But it seems that this is going to continue for some more days which may hamper the image of the Prime Minister and the government among the people.
