Private institute introduces Scholarship in Name of Saichen soldier

Allen Career Institute, Kota, has announcedintroducing ‘Hanumanthappa Scholarship’ in the name of MadrasRegiment Soldier Lance Hanumanthappa Koppad, who died at Indian Armyrun R R Hospital in Delhi today.

In a statement issued here, he said the Scholarship will be offeredevery year at its Bangalore Center. “Thousands of coaching students and faculties’ eyes got wet whenthey heard the death of 19th Madras regiment soldier Hanuman thappawho got trapped in 35 feet thick ice during the ice ejaculationoccurred at Laddakh, Siachin Glacier on February Three 2015.

“In the memory of son of this great motherland India, ALLEN tooka decision of giving every year scholarship at its Bangalore centerwith the name of Hanumanthappa Scholarship.

Director Sh NaveenMaheshwari told that this great soldier was from Karnataka and thatis why from one of the soldier’s child who will be studying at theBangalore center of the institution will be given HanumanthappaScholarship and the benefit of the scholarship will be that he/shewill be given 100 per cent fee discount. The student will beselected on the basis of merit. Children of the soldiers can applyfor this scholarship online.”

“This yearly scholarship will always ignite the flame ofpatriotism and honor of the Indian soldiers in the hearts of thestudents,” he added.
