Ramdev Sees Conspiracy Behind Intolerance Attacks On Modi
16 November, New Delhi
Backing Prime Minister Narendra Modi against attack on him in the ongoing “intolerance” debate, Baba Ramdev Monday said the Prime Minister was a victim of well-planned “national and international conspiracy”.
Addressing mediapersons at the launch of Patanjali Atta Noodles, the Yoga Guru when asked about “intolerance” in the country said types of incidents happening in this country in the name of religion are condemnable and they should not take place.
He said, “There had been communal incidents in the past where mass murder of Hindus, Sikhs and Muslims have taken place but nobody accused the ruling Governments then.
But by targeting Modi now for any incident is nothing but a well-planned conspiracy by the agents of some international powers who want to stall the good work taken up by the Prime Minister by giving it communal colour.
When asked about Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan’s controversial remark on the Paris terror attack, Ramdev said that political leaders should refrain from making such statements as such irresponsible comments would only damage the reputation of the country.
