SC Gives Liberty To Centre To finalise Auction Of Spectrum

The Supreme Court Thursday gave liberty to Centre to finalise the auction of Spectrum concluded Wednesday .
The court asked Centre to inform all successful bidders that finalisation of auction is subject to the outcome of the matters pending before it.
The Apex court also directed all successful bidders that they are under obligation to implead themselves in the matter before it and give their stand on affidavit.
Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi told SC that auction for all bands across the country has raised 1 lakh 9 thousand crore rupees revenue.
