Senior BJP leader Amit Shah says ,TMC govt does not let Central govt carry out developmental works in West Bengal

Union Home Minister and senior BJP leader Amit Shah has said that the TMC government does not let the Central government carry out developmental works in the state. Calling for a change of government in West Bengal, he promised that the government employees of the state will get the benefits of the 7th pay commission once BJP comes to power in West Bengal. The BJP leader was addressing a public meeting at Namkhana in south 24 Parganas of the state.
Launching BJP’s fifth and last phase of ‘Poribortan Yatra’, Mr. Shah said the party’s aim is to ensure that there is a change for better situation in West Bengal. Accusing the state government of large scale corruption Mr. Shah promised to constitute a high level committee to probe into the alleged graft in disbursal of Amphan funds if BJP comes to power.
Earlier, the Home Minister visited Kapil Muni Ashram in Ganga Sagar and told reporters that all the central schemes related to tourism will be implemented in the state and Ganga Sagar Mela will be included in the international tourist circuit. He said that GangaSagar will be developed into an international tourist spot.
Mr Shah alleged that the ongoing work of Namami Gange project from Gangotri to GangaSagar has been stalled in Bengal and asserted that after BJP comes into power, the project will be completed. He had joined a refugee family for lunch at Narayanpur village and took part in a road show.
