Shop owner sends 66-ft-long birthday greetings to PM

Virendra Halingale, owner of a gift materials shop and staunch supporter of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has sent a 66- feet-long birthday greetings letter to PM Modi, for his 66thbirthday, which falls tomorrow.

Halingale, a resident of Vishrambag area of the city, said it took two-months time to complete this ‘herculian task.’

The huge tricolor- greetings letter was prepared with paste of various papers including Mr Modi’s photographs, clippings of his various speeches which he had delivered in the country and abroad.

Halingale hoped that this letter would be acknowledged by the Prime Minister.
