TN Guv must decide on CM issue by tomorrow : Swamy

BJP Leader and MP Dr Subramanian Swamy todaysaid Tamil Nadu Governor must decide on the Chief Minister issue by tomorrow, otherwise a WP under Art 42 of the Constitution could be filedcharging abetment of horse trading.

Dr Swamy, in his twitter page, Swamy said ”The TN Guv must decide CM issue by tomorrow otherwise a WP under Art 32 of the Constitution can be filed charging abetment of horse trading”.

Dr Swamy, who had been stating that Constitutionally Ms Sasikala must be sworn in as chief minister since she enjoys the support of majority of the MLAs, had met the Governor last evening. Raj Bhavan sources described the meeting as a courtesy call.

It may be noted that it was Dr Swamy who had moved the Supreme Court after the Karnataka High Court acquitted late Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, Ms Sasikala and two others in the disproportionate assets case, the ordersin which was expected to be pronounced in the next couple of days.
