TV Actress Pratyusha Banerjee Files Molestation Complaint

Television actress Pratyusha Banerjee popular for her lead role in ‘Ballika Vadhu’ has filed a police complaint alleging that a group of eight men, claiming to be cops, tried to barge into her house and misbehaved with her, while they were looking for her fiance Rahul Raj for a pending payment.

She has registered an First Information Report (FIR) with Kandivali police, stating that eight people posing as cops barged into her house last evening looking for her fiance Rahul, to collect money from him. When she told them that he is not at home, they forcefully entered into her house and molestatedher.

Pratyusha, who is known for her roles in Balika Vadhua, Kumkum Bhagya and Sasural Simar Ka claimed in her complaint that around 1900 hrs theybarged into her flat in Laljipada, looking for Rahul as he had skipped monthly instalment of his loan.

She further told them that Rahul did not stay with her and threatened to approach police.

The complaint also stated that the goons abused and pushed herto the ground
