Vyapam Scam Accused Former MP Minister Laxshmikant Sharma Released on Bail

Former Madhya Pradesh Higher and Technical Education minister and one of the key accused of Vyapam scam Laxshmikant Sharma released from Bhopal central jail Sunday.

He spent about one and half year in jail. The state high court has granted bail to him in all the criminal cases related to Vyapam scam.

After coming out, he said that he has full faith in judiciary.Laxshmikant Sharma was arrested by the Special Task Force-STF on 15 June 2015 for allegedly manipulating results of several recruitment and admission exams conducted by the Professional Examination Board-Vyapam.

Another key accused of Vyapam scam and former OSD of Governor Ram Naresh Yadav was released on bail from Bhopal jail yesterday.
