Yogendra , Prashant Write To AAP Volunteers Over Allegation Levelled Against Them

Aam Aadmi Party leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan have written a letter to party volunteers, responding to recent allegations levelled against them.

Talking to media, Yadav said that the two leaders wrote the letter to inform volunteers everything they should know.

He also requested AAP to make the letter public. Yadav also said that he, along with Prashant Bhushan, have decided not to make any more statements to the media.

Bhushan said that their fight is to ensure that the party remains true to its founding principles. He said that they have given a background to the recent happenings and responded to allegations levelled against them in the letter.

Amidst the internal turmoil, a section of AAP MLAs has demanded that Shanti Bhushan, Prashant Bhushan and Yogendra Yadav be expelled from its ranks for anti-party activities.

AAP MLA from Karawal Nagar has started a signature campaign seeking their expulsion. Party convener Arvind Kejriwal is currently undergoing naturopathy treatment in Bangalore.
