Indo-Pak Relations Can Improve Through Channel Efforts: US

Relations between India and Pakistan cannot be improved unless either of them or any third influential country would make efforts to soothe it, the United States Foreign Service Department said.
Department spokesperson John Kirby said for the purpose, both Nuclear-empowered nations have to start dialogues on regular basis.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif are likely to meet in UFA, Russia on the sidelines of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit next week.
