Bangladesh Skipper Motaza Suspended For One ODI For Slow Over-Rate Against India In QF

Bangladesh skipper Mashrafe Mortaza has been suspended for one ODI for slow over-rate.

The Bangladesh captain has been fined 40% of his match fee while his players have been fined 20% of their match fees for maintaining a slow over-rate during the ICC Cricket World Cup quarter final match against India in Melbourne Thursday .

Roshan Mahanama of the Emirates elite Panel of ICC Match imposed the suspension on Mashrafe after Bangladesh was ruled to be 2 overs short of its target at the end of the match.

Mashrafe had been found guilty of a minor over-rate offence during the World Cup 2015 match against England.
