Center Targets To Award 15,000 Kms Of Roads During 2015-16

Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari has said, his ministry is planning to award around 15,000 kilo metre of roads during the current fiscal.

Speaking to a news agency in New Delhi, Gadkari said talks are on with financing institutions across the globe that will fund highway projects across the country.

He expressed confidence that all highway projects in the country, the ongoing ones and the future ones, are on track and will be completed within the time assigned.
