Chit Fund Scam : Khordha Court Denies Bail To AT Group Chief Pradeep Sethy

The Khordha District and Session Judge Court Saturday rejected the bail petition of Artha Tatwa group chief Pradeep Sethy, one of the key accused in the mega chit fund scam in Odisha.

The court had heard the arguments of both the plaintiff and CBI counsel Friday and it had reserved the verdict for today.

Sethy’s counsel had moved the bail petition after filing of charge sheet at the CBI court at Bhubaneswar. Earlier, the CBI court had rejected the bail plea of Sethy.
